Hey Tom, I have a BX-300 with a missing transport. Do you have one? what is a good price to pay for one?

I'd like to get a tune-up on my semi working 300 (needs a tire and belts) and get this old one fixed up with a new transport and a tune-up. Could you give me a guesstamite on the cost, I'm not looking for right now, just trying to plan a budget...Thanks

edit, sorry I misspelled your username

Edit, one of the big bad moderators fixed it for ya. :cyclops:

A missing transport?? I do not have one. You'd have to buy a cosmetically challenged deck to get one. Typical BX 300 fix-up is $80-130 depending on the reel or cam motor condition. If you do the tire and belts a tweak is $65 or less. Shipping eats up more money than the repair.

Thanks, yeah I thought you'd be surprised about the transport, it's Dales old deck, he was going to replace the tire, and snapped the little white plastic arm, then his ex removed the guts and put it in a box, they broke up, now there's no transport

I'll just keep my eye out for one on CL down here. I'll start budgeting, I'd like to have both working for dubs (.)(.) tit's idea eh?

And when I came out to my Mom all she said was " I don't care if you're a queen but if you're a really queeny queen I'll never speak to you again." She needn't have worried.
I understand about having too many 'good friends' at a young age when I recall those glorious years at the Elwood Life Saving Club change rooms. Sigh, wilt, swoon.

Check your profile to see if your boxes are too full? I just clicked on PM right below his post and it seems to function fine for me.

From what I understand on two sites I think I may have helped to solved at least some of the problem and I HOPE so.

I downloaded that game because of that avatar - "Nyan Cat". They have an evil version of the cat in the same game, black with waffle instead of the pop tart. Instead of a rainbow, it's smoke.
