Broken beyond repair but highly affable

There is a giant HDTV on the wall at the bar. The previous owner fed it via a switch for cable TV, the digital jukebox's music video and info channel and the desktop that had the karaoke titles and more videos.

The current jockey has a capable laptop, conservative enough but VGA out, maybe USB but no HDMI and no RCA outputs with video out.

If the output can be made into RCAs at least something could be combined and routed through whatever lines they still have.

The PA speakers make it a challenge to glance sideways at the LCD monitor and the big wall set solved that.

All I have are two different models of Extron VGA converters, 119 and ? with full BNCs out.

What advice, aid could I offer? This is a low-medium sized job/hobby, not a Disco Goldmine.

What feeds the TV from the switch exactly? What also are the inputs on the switch?

My inputs I switch on the TV remote. It shows me what is hooked up so I just change the input. Only I don't have is analog out. LOL
