Has anybody opened up a 700B meter attenuation switch? Is it repairable? Got a replacement unit which looks non abortive?

We had a thread around here where we had rooted out some possible subs. I think Navo had the best prospect. Maybe he'll remember...

I had the 700 II in mind - I have a 700B staring me in the face too. I don't remember finding a 700B replacement attenuator switch.

Cool. I have NOS (same as I sent you) series II switches. I have a wonky one on a 700B. It works, you just need to tap it. Never had one apart.

I'll try my luck at sourcing one. A Two position, don't know the value of the resistor, have to measure first.
