Just found out this baby is on it's way to Tucson, and the '65 Bonnie peeking into the pic on the left :D . WooHoo, that Buick is VHTF, I had to trade one of my prized pieces to get the pair of them, but well worth it, it fills a big hole in my HTF GS's.

Just tease'n you Padre', it's not for sale.....yet

I always liked the idea of a static display of scale muscle cars. Not may people know about the Skylark GS340s, so I'm surprised you found that one.

Hi Nando, I thought you'd like it, I was surprised a toy company would have picked it over a more popular model to do. They didn't make many of the 1:1's and this 1:64 is very rare too, I'm lucky the guy who is ending it had two and this one has a tiny chip in the paint on the passenger side fender near the hood, so he was willing to trade it's Mine, Mine, Mine!!!

I love how they got the stripes correct and the red on the wheels. I could never have a real one, this will suit me fine for now :D

A wheels-up '67 at the drags. Have you already received your models, stuwee?

No, not yet, they're coming from Ontario so it might take awhile, it's ususally US Customs that holds things up, I had some t-shirts and a hat last year take 2 months :violent1: angry9: :violent1:

From Ontario you say. When I was quite active in the B.C. Buick Gran Sport chapter as Director we had a sister chapter in Ontario. I wonder if it may be someone I may recall from that club that you bought your models from.

I'm thinking in the future, I'll scan that drag pic and have a t-shirt made, I really dig that picture :thumbright:

Our local car club had commemorative T-shirts made up last year for our annual Rumble To The Rock car show. And my GN, with me driving, is pictured in a staged race for the promo.

That's just awesome Nando, I'm gonna have to bribe one of those from you! I take a medium btw ;) ;)
No bribe needed, stuwee. Once our postal dispute is settled, I'll see about sending one out to you. I'm thinking you may be a Large in the sizing of these t-shirts. I fit a Lg.. You can PM me your mailing address.
