    DSP-408 went T*Ts up...not good

I have one but didn't use it long. It still works as far as I know. I might use it in my truck, or I might not if its gonna shit the bed..... You might see if you can score a MiniDSP 4x10HD or see if parts express will warranty that sucker.....

    Dual Turntables

My WP phono preamp is the one on the top of the tape deck in the full width rackmount case and has one button to turn it on and off. That thing with the knobs is the Esoteric Sounds Re-Equalizer for 78 records

    Dual Turntables

Technics sl-120mk1 with a SL-1200mk2 tonearm, modified motor controller circuit and switch on the side for 78 rpm, AT3600 cartridge with an aftermarket 78 stylus and 2 gram headshell weight so I don't have to rebalance the arm, a Wyn Palmer phono preamp (Sota Pyxi), and an Esoteric Sounds/Rek O...

    Dual Turntables

I think Ortofon 2M series has a 78 stylus that tracks pretty light (or was that the OM series?) I've got a pretty serious 78 setup at home I'll post pics of when I get there.

    Carver C1 going through rework

Continued testing. I altered the gain Structure of the MiniDSP (2V in/2V out on unbalanced connections) and the C-1, I may still use less gain on the C-1. The MiniDSP acts as the crossover/delay/post EQ, C-1 back in for volume control/defeatable tone control/tape loop/primary input...

    Carver C1 going through rework

Yep I'm in the process of decluttering the plan so I can vector-ize it for CAD. I also rewired the regulator board and deleted R404/405

they look good. I'm going to try to get the image to scale and plug it into CAD, and see if I can come up with an STL and print a model

I used em in the Wyn Palmer phono amp I think. We'll at least 1% anyways

    Carver C1 going through rework

I just swapped out the old RC4136s for new ones. I'm convinced the brown dogs/different op amps would just open up another can of worms, same with changing to 1% resistors. We'll get to the notch filter eventually. I would like to see if I can 3D print that plate for the RCA jacks

    Carver C1 going through rework

I ended up setting the output gain to -6 db on the C-1 btw

    Carver C1 going through rework

My C-1 is back in the chain. Sniff Built regulator and EZ Gain, all new 'lytics and RCs, plus a remote volume pot kit.....and I can't find the damn remote. I still have the lousy stock RCA jacks tho, might be my next mod.
