Parts - White Oak Guys, new to this site and picked up a PL400 at a recycler for $5.00. Unit is in great physical condition but blows the output fuses as soon as its plugged in. I am thinking I would like to totally rebuild this thing with the White Oak components. Looking on the White Oak site...
