Just to be clear, I was at the gig in 1988 but the album was released in 1987. Afaik he only here played here twice, the first time wa a disaster due to some personal problems/addictions, but he certainly made up for that when I saw him.

Ok, more clues. This guy was on the old Asylum label, but this album was'nt.

No, but an impressive list of guests are credited on this album too!

This was considered a comeback album. I was actually lucky enough to see this act play in Dublin when touring to promote it.....(1988)
