Just like an Emergency Stop circuit, any one in the circuit that opens will shut it down.

Three phase motors are more efficient. Considering that a large portion of household loads are motors it makes sense. A simpler less expensive motor as well.

One thing all "HUMANS" and probably even animals have in common, enjoyment from music.

I have read the thread but didn’t think about an external attenuator being a large effect on the system. That’s why I was asking if anyone else has had this result. Then I considered the possibility of impedance changes or I was just delusional. Then I considered a couple other possibilities...

We could only get it after the sun went down and they turned the power up. 100,000 watt "clear channel" IIRC. Loved Beaker Street. Heard all the non-mainstream breakout bands/songs that the regular commercial stations wouldn't touch.

I actually use Lysol I.C. as a replacement for Hepastat 256 as it is hard to find.

There has been a lot of solar activity that I have been attributing to terrible reception around here. Lots of interference and dropouts.

Hard to beat AMT's. Very natural and open sounding without the harshness. Those and EMITs are tops in my mind.
