Capricorn Rhythm Section-"Alive At The 2nd Street Music Hall" 2006 Rockin' Camel Records cd ....A nice live album featuring former members of Cowboy as well as various alumni of the classic Capricorn Records label. Lee Roy Parnell sits in on one tune.

I think this album has some great stuff on it. Very underrated!

I love Blackfoot! That album (while not their best) had a great song called "Teenage Idol" that got a lot of airplay at the time. I saw them live once. Bonnie Raitt-"self-titled" 1971 Warner Bros. Records 8-track ....With out a doubt the worst sounding (non-bootleg) 8-track I've ever heard. The sound is distorted like it was mastered from an AM radio. Don't know if I got a bad copy or if the whole press run sounded this terrible.

I always loved that line. Haven't seen that movie in years.

The Allman Bros. Band-"Win, Lose Or Draw" 1975 Capricorn Records 8-Track ...The weakest album the band did during their initial run. "High Falls" is a nice instrumental though. I just bid on a replacement for the now deceased Doobie Bros. tape. I wonder if I should throw it out the truck window...

Aww, Dammit! The Doobie Bros. tape just bit the dust! Haven't had a tape get munched in a long time. Good thing that one wasn't a hard to find one. I had it since the early 80's though.

>38 Special-"Wild Eyed Christmas" or Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Christmas Time Again" are both solid enjoyable albums. I was dissapointed with the one REO Speedwagon did a few years ago. I did like what I heard of Twisted Sister's Christmas album. I saw Rob Halford did one but I haven't heard any of it.
