I want to replace the fixed factory power cable with a new grounded cable. Wired up direct.
Can you please advise me on connection of positive neutral and ground, I'm assuming positive goes to the fuse. Adding a ground also in such a way as to minimize hum. Thank you in advance for your time and attention, Bill

Thank you for the reply @WOPL Sniffer
This is a conversation @berndt and I had when working on a PL400 together and after doing some investigation, the usal recommendation was in line with yours
Could I ask if this comes after any known issues with adding a grounded cable to PLs?
Thank you in advance

TelRay, you can, of course, run your own research on the ground issue, but as Perry has indicated it's a dead horse, beaten repeatedly.
Joe is pretty OCD about residual noise in general and if there was anything to make it better it would be known.
A lot of late nights and furious posting about that subject...

To quote Han Solo:

"Well, that's the real trick isn't it kid.
And it'll cost you something extra.
10 thousand, all in advance."
