I 'd like to have the " Asymmetrical charge coupled stereo decoder " unit ( TX1-11) to complete my collection .
Does it work ? Thought ?

This one is a a TU-11
you what the tu-11a. Same internals as the TU-11b .the TU-11 a has am stereo and a bit better fm section than the TU-11

Great sounding tuners and also great for DX (distance) listening.

I'm thinking to buy the TX 11 model , but after studying manuals
I have seen that schematics are related to eu version .
There is a list of mods for US version , but they don't affect tuning step and deemphasys ( ? )
and I'don't understand what they do .
Probably TX 11 is a TX 10 with noise reduction unit added .
TX 11a has AM tuner , but useless because AM ( MW ) is definetively closed here .
Annother idea is to buy the TX1-11 that is the noise reduction unit only .
At present I'm very undecided .
