Mounted the auxiliary power supply transformer to the shield and terminated all primary and secondary leads of both main and aux toroids.

Backplane boards wired. very straight forward as compared to the typical 700 build.

Having the fuse holders next to each backplane works well for direct wiring without long bundled wires.

Power control board, speaker relay output, and AC wiring completed.

Power control board wiring secured to the transformer shield with 3M tie wrap mounts.

Power Supply caps installed and wired with12AWG.

It's now officially amp #0006.

Countersink bit used on all heat sink holes to help prevent damage to output sil-pad isolators.

All initial power up testing completed successfully with power supply rail voltages of +/- 111.8 VDC.

Outputs installed, torqued to 4 in/lb, and confirmed isolated from chassis ground.

Output offset measured +/- 0.5mV, that's 0.0005V. Outstanding...

Bias set to 350mV.

I would bet by the 5th or 6th build of a model One.....you would probably have it down pat, complete with your own little touches....nice stuff Eric, really nice. When you get ready to ship one I can email you a shipping label. I do save money with a commercial Fed _Ex account..

The bias wires, regardless of which iteration of amp involved always looked out of place simply because they were so untidy....I see you worked on that a bit...

Not sure this will be the last iteration, but I will be modifying the first amp to match.
