    I've done just cap upgrades and it was a nice improvement. And I thought it sounded great before. Have some new 4136s that are yet to be installed.

    I had a driver fail in that manner one time. Had them outside for a party and in got very humid as the evening went on. softened the paper and the voice coil parted from the cone. Not nearly as dramatic as that, was able to sim and reglue.

    400's sound every bit as good as 700's, with just a little less absolute gut punching grunt, BUT Perry is correct about value.
