We went "Under Contract" this morning

Wells are the way to go, you don't have to deal with the city and you can water your lawn any time you want. Plus you don't have to install back flow preventers

    Dual-500 king of the Castle

I have an Ashly XR77/18 3 way stereo crossover that I've had for 30 years and it still works like the day I bought it. With the Fastrac 400 horn with the BMS 4592 as midrange I have it attenuated it significantly lower than the woofer and tweeter because of its efficiency

    That should really sound sweet

Are you gonna use an active crossover and tri-amp or passive crossover. I tri- amp with a 700B driving the woofer and vacuum tubes in the mids and tweets

I probably had 20 hours in the pair I made but it was well worth it, I have the BMS 4592 Mid and use them as midrange

Have you bought your back-up supply of tubes, yet?

I have used different upgrade driver boards which use readily available 12au7 and 12bh7 and other boards that use ef86 and 12bh7

The 6GH8 tubes work very well in a ST-70 using the plug in adapters, I personally think they sound better than the 7199 tubes

Have you bought your back-up supply of tubes, yet?

The have plug in adapters to use the 6GH8 in place of the 7199 tubes so you can use either tube

Have you bought your back-up supply of tubes, yet?

You have to pair them up with the 250,000 dollar speakers with the 8000 dollar speaker cables

Years ago when I was buying a lot of Dynaco's they came with Mullard EL34's and some of the Mark 3's had the Genelex KT88 tubes in them. The tubes still command top dollar even after being 60 years old and still test very strong on my Hickok Tester

They have been running for around 8 years with no problems. A 400 has 80 vdc rail voltage and the caps are rated for 160?

Only 1 chassis ground on left board and no ground on the right board. Your amp is correct

I have 3 fully comp 400's with the revA backplane boards with electrolytic caps, they are 47uf 160 volt caps. Should they be removed?
