I just WOPL'ed some David Allan Coe and pantera. The cowboys from hell cd with Coe singing. But eitheway as soon as I got the needles buried I start losing my tweeters lol. It's so fucking loud wow!!! And thats with the at-15s hooked up!! And I was just over half volume on the 939. I have no clue how many watts I was pushing but it was deff drawing some major juice lmao.

Shpongle - Are You Shpongled?

Lee sent me a bunch of burned discs and working my way through them now, thank you Sir! Already cranked the living shit out of The God Particle, the tools in my toolbox across the room were rattling inside the toolbox adding their own ambient charm

The wife asked if "you need to be f$%ked up when you listen to this stuff" :evil4:

When Chip was here the other day I was on the 15hz cutoff switch cycling it on and off. There is a lot of program material below 15hz, and that friends takes POWER!!

Thrack 6 on that CD is the first tune I amp check with. There's a lot going on in that track. The 2nd tune is track 2 off "Tales on the Inexpressible" simply incredible bass in that one. Then the 3rd is track 4 on The Crystal Method--"Vegas"..

It will grow on here. When she's there do Museum of Consciousness.....

Another thing you'll notice Shpongle keeps sounding better the louder you go..

My WOPL 400 needles vibrated today. (I had to look real close)
Somebody needs to make use of their preamp volume knob. My entire house was shaking a few minutes ago until Debbie started yelling about LSD without taking a hit LMAO

Oh yeah, I noticed that immediately but then again, there is no such thing as quiet listening in my household. I love the lowend, my dog was vibrating across the floor and she was asleep!

Just a slight movement off the stops. With my 99 db w/m speakers I don't get noticeable movement.
My CV's are 98db sensitivity and I bury the needles daily. Blackie has the needles that don't like to move but I have them buried most of the time. Sally's needles are wicked sensitive so it goes without saying that I flatline her constantly LOL

One the 8th day God created the WOPL and He said "Damn I'm good"

I live in a senior citizen park and I don't want to prematurely kill off some of the eighty and ninety year old residents.
On New years eve and July 4 I blast them.
eh, they are probably already deaf

This year I plan to run two sets of Vega's on the back deck aimed at the lake. I have some good friends that live across the lake from me and they already claim to hear my system when my back windows are open but I want to make sure they hear me in Vernon also
