I would bet by the 5th or 6th build of a model One.....you would probably have it down pat, complete with your own little touches....nice stuff Eric, really nice. When you get ready to ship one I can email you a shipping label. I do save money with a commercial Fed _Ex account..

The bias wires, regardless of which iteration of amp involved always looked out of place simply because they were so untidy....I see you worked on that a bit...

Not sure this will be the last iteration, but I will be modifying the first amp to match.
Eric,
Your routing details are impeccable. The little touches are so well thought out, really appreciate you posting such detailed pictures.
It is always such a joy working with the Joe's designs, and you take it to next level with your attention to detail.
Super nice !

Not necessary for me , but i bet it is to you....nothing wrong with seeing the evolution of a skill.
Necessary for me for a number of reasons.

Like you mentioned, I never liked large loops of wire connecting the bias circuit between the backplane and control boards (potential improvement option for Model One specific design by routing the bias signals to pin connectors).

When building the first amp, I wanted to minimize that wire loop and cut it shorter than I feel comfortable, not allowing sufficient service loop.

The second build addresses this concern.
