We went "Under Contract" this morning

Nice piece of property (1 acre which is more than I need) just need to add a small piece of fencing for the dog. We plan on remodeling the kitchen and one bathroom, getting all new carpet and having a bit of painting done. NOW.... to find a new recliner. Closing is the 6th of Dec.

In order to keep her costs down and ensure it didn't go on the market for another bidding war, we are paying for the 30 yard dumpster to get her hoarding junk gone, and a few other perks.

Yeah, this one is just a split level. 5 steps up, and 5 steps down. Some of these townhouses we saw had WAYYYYY to many stairs. My knees can feel it now.

My nephew lives in Ramsey, Nice area still has lot of open area, good find.

My wife grew up just across the Might Miss near Dayton, Her folks had a farm right on the river

My sister moved from Ramsey into Anoka to a Town House on the river. Now, I need an awesome riding lawnmower.

We put tons of miles on the Harley back when we lived here. The only good thing about winter here is it gives you time for maintenance and Paint Jobs.
