I can figure on AK but what on earth would get you in trouble at VE?
 
PS You're not human if you haven't been in trouble on at least ONE forums site.
 
You gotta try pretty damned hard to get warnings or ban hammered on Vinyl or HiFi Engine. L :laughing8: L
 
On AK, I once got Grumpy F-bombing right on the forum. Doesn't seem important now.

Some guy named Jaz at VE got on my case and deleted my post criticizing an OP for using the term “vinyls”. His PM said to “quit the “pissy ass responses”.
 
That is JaS. the site owner. They are records of course. Do you ever say you wore your rubbers in the rain?

JaS is particular about running a straightforward ship. maybe he has put up with a lot of stuff and got tired of it.

I read it recently and agree. I think it has to do with the old guard turning over and newer members with a different overall attitude coming in. That and a few of the more prominent members dying. AK isn't the only place it's happening. It's life happening.
 
And just be careul, Gary, I've noticed that you really can't do much downloading from the library anymore without logging in.
 
AK is good for reading/ research & Bartertown. It is not the place to strike up a friendly convo. Unless you have a 100k system & pictures to prove it.
Then it seems you can be as big a prick as you want to.
