Last night was wife night, she asked to hear some Pink Floyd, Billy Joel, Elton John and some other stuff. She is in love with the WOPL which is a good thing eh?

A Nando masterpiece.

'Untethered'

The complete arrangement is solid; I like every song.
The stand outs for me are the new DP, the opening ELP (one of my all-time favorite tunes),
the live Jethro and the Queen cut from 'Made in Heaven' - hadn't heard any of this post Freddy's death release. Amazing production quality on that one!

This tape sounds so natural on my No. 1 TC-K870ES is defies words.
And it's recorded with Dolby C!

Haven't forgot about you Nando...just working magic on a number of different compositions for ya man!

Because Nando threw in some 10cc that I hadn't heard before, I started Googling.
In my travels I stumbled on the following vid. What makes it cool is that it involves
production techniques, a breakdown of a famous 10cc tune, a clever pictorial video presentation
and some interesting use of "tape" - - back in the day.

Enjoy!

Just received a package from Acoustic Sounds today.
Listening to Audio Fidelity's SACD version of Heart's Magazine.
What a great album !
Next up is Supertramp's Crime Of The Century on 180 gram Vinyl.
Pressed by Speakers Corner and considered one of the best versions.

Dennis: A pair of selections that are classics. Did you already have both titles in regular CD and/or LP?

Nando.

Broken beyond repair but highly affable
Tony, the 10cc video was a bit on the kitschy side but revelatory. Just made the song even more incredible.
