As most of you know. I'm very conservative in my views. I am mostly a capitalist. Even when Bush was in office I was mad at watching our freedoms go away. In my eyes we are one of the youngest countries and the most powerful. Why change something that is working. The Europeans have found out socialism doesn't work. We know communism doesn't work. Why are we gravitating towards these types of governments? I don't get it.

Do you think Obama should produce a Birth Certificate. What happens if he wasn't born here? Does everything he has done go down the drain? It is a law you must be born here to become Pres. Isn't right to ask for proof you were born here? Every other Pres. has shown their birth certificate.

Well to answer the question. I would vote for Trump.

No I don't think he needs to show his birth certificate. He is a US citizen and these things were check when he filed to run.

As far as the government is concerned a swing one way or another isn't anything to be concerned about it is just democracy in action. I don't enjoy loosing personal freedoms either and I believe after 911 the government and it's officers were allowed to disregard certain freedoms, hopefully the pendulum will swing back the other way.

I don't think I would vote for Trump unless I hear something tangible out of his mouth so far he is stuck on Obama showing his Birth Certificate. I want to know how he could magically change the entire country on his own in 4 years. I am however willing to listen to his ideas should he run. I personally don't think he will run as he probably has more skeletons in his closet that the Arlington National Cemetery.

He has stated all these countries we protect should be paying us back. Iraq for one. He has also stated he would put tariffs on the Chinese of 25%. To even the playing field.

I really don't think Trump cares about the skeletons in his closet. I like his honesty. He isn't a politician.

The law isn't you must be a citizen. It is you must be born here.

What gets me we are losing the respect of our allies. We need to do something and fast. Do you know what is keeping inflation down as they figure it. Housing costs. Which is crazy. My shells have went up so much it isn't funny. 1 shell C-0 cost me 25 cent. I was paying less than 15 cent. Till Jan. 1st.

Something has to happen and quick. We need help. I was in the military under Carter. What a joke and this is worse.

I'd vote for nobody... Until we all realize the new guard is the same as the old guard, and every goddamn politician out there has their hands out to every damn special interest or corporation, it doesn't do a damn bit of good.

Find me someone who has actual morals.... then I'll vote again. Til then I'll wait for the US version of Bastille Day to arrive... :whax:

They are not over yet,
I am an old timer by some peoples views as I was around when Eisenhower and Kennedy were in office. To me Obama is a disgrace and also an element planted to destroy this country. Many of the things he is doing go back to practices of Hitler. All this gun control stuff while stopping no crime is going to get a lot of people shot on the front lines- that is coming from an ex-cop. Why do politicians want people not to have guns? To make sure they can do what they want with no fear of being shot no matter what it is. I wonder if they ever felt being hit by a razor tipped arrow? Shoot me with a gun!
Obama is a Muslim, he is very wishy washy in his stances and when he goes to another country he starts by apologizing. What kind of leader is he? He is more prone to be able to govern Gilligans Island than the USA. Color has entered into this election and for the worse.
Collin Powel was a MUCH better thinking person than Obama by magnitudes.
How do you rate a "Christian" person who follows Muslim religion and supports Abortion and Homosexual rights at the same time. It is called a Liar. Obama is just trying to put his application in for the Anti Christ but he is suppose to come out of Europe. So he won't be able to get that job. He has set up the Mayo of Chicago so that he has a place to go when he does not win the next election. That is if he makes it that far. There have been a number of bad presidents- Nixon, Carter and Obama takes the cake.
My question is who are the idiots that voted for this guy- they get what they deserve.
Trump is not one of my favorite people but sometimes you have to go with who else is running to avoid the worse. At least he has some good ideas and seems to be on the conservative side. I have heard it said that Democrats will not be voted in for the next 50 years due to this President. I would agree.
But don't listen to me- there is so much corruption, I would bring back firing squads and all politicians found stealing, dealing or in any other immoral behavior would be shot!

I wasn't referring to Trump caring bout skeletons, I was referring to people actually voting for him after they hear all the dirt about him.

As far as birth certificates, let's see George Bushes, and Bill Clinton's and Ronald Reagan's. I don't recall seeing any of theirs.

If enough people are dissatisfied with the job Obama is doing, then he won't get re-elected plain and simple. I have yet to hear about anyone who is interested in the job that is electable.

It is always easy to poke fun at the guy in office. What we really need to do is strongly support the right guy and get him or her elected. Then we can poke fun at him or her for doing a lousy job too. :cyclops:

As of this morning...Obama showed "proof" of his birth certificate, and I only use " marks because well he is President and it's not that hard for him to get a really good fake one made...they do it for witness protection all the time...and I agree Trump would make an interesting president

Anybody but O'Dumbo and his band of merry thugs is my view at the moment. I am also very conservative (ie that does not always translate to Republican) and becoming even more-so as time goes on. After working hard for so many years and watching it all disappear is just very, very frustrating. Something needs to drastically change directions or I fear we are all doomed.
