Today started out a good day in Sony D5 Land. My NOS parts arrived, and a box of basket case D5 also arrived from a member of the other site (that deal started before the other site suddenly failed, and was completed today!)

So, I collected my stuff, and sent a note to ESL to see about getting one working out of two and a basket case.

Four month lead, no walk-ins due to end of the world, and it could cost $2000 to do, based on one done ten years ago...

ok, so now what?

Who is interested (and able) in making one good one out of 2-1/2 and some NOS parts?

I need help here guys! I don’t have time to tear it down myself.

Hey Bob. I’ve spent the last three evenings watching the rise of sky walker. The final episode and the only one I didn’t see on the big screen...
