Just opened up the Rotel RX-600A (It's the PX Version from about 1973ish) to check out how the years have treated it. A customer wanted to get it back to how he remembers it (minus the psychedelics) and so she gets the treatment. All the pots are dry and funky, bulbs burned out etc...... I'll post some pics asap
I put the bulbs on order (LED's this time to get rid of the heat) and ordered some output transistors with SilPads to boot.... So, over the next few days, she'll get cleaned, pots cleaned and lubed, and I'll get some caps installed. Sound like fun
