Pioneer PL quartz PD1003 ic cross over number

I am struggling to find a replacement chip for the pill quartz motor speed control. Their system uses three chips to do this. I have figured out two of them but not the third.. it’s labeled “pioneer pd1003”

the unit uses all Toshiba if’s. The two othe pioneer labled ic cross to Toshiba so I believe this last one will be Toshiba.

so the chip has both RC and Quartz oscillators on board. The RC not used for this but it’s ther.

I went through a data base off about 2000 Toshiba chips but must have missed

any help would be great.
