So I gotta ask, is the power supply cap bypass thing real? And if so how many have tried it ?
If you look at a WOPL backwall you'll see those caps. I viewed that video long ago and thought he was actually talking about bypassing the big storage caps directly on their connections, not so as Scratch states. There was a thread about this video and question a while back.
I like watching that fellows videos.

Okay thanks for the clarification, I definitely thought he was talking about the power supply caps.

Perhaps they'd be "electrically equivalent" per a schematic? It's all about B+, B-, and ground I'm thinking.
