3xVHS-C tapes. 1 Sony, 1 Maxell, 1 JVC.

Not looking for much on these.

Ben : I may be interested in the 8 mm video tapes for my camcorder. Just got to check if they are still available locally.

I should note there are 3 types of 8mm camera's.

Video 8, which was replaced with HI 8, and then replaced with Digital 8.

All HI 8 equipment can be played and recorded in Video 8 format.

As well Digital 8 tapes can be recorded on in HI 8 machines.

Thanks for the background, Ben. My camcorder is a Sony DCR-TRV-480, which is a digital 8mm camcorder. And it will playback 8mm, Hi8 and, of course, Digital 8mm tape. Looks like we may be able to make a deal, after all.

Sure Nando.

My camcorder is an older model Sony CCD TRV37. Still works great after replacing the battery a couple years back. I set aside a few tapes prior to making the OP, for when the need arises.
