While we were in Germany 60-64, we traveled or went to the beach for vacation. I got to see Michelangelo's David and believe my brother was named after that statue. My mom was an art history major and I got to see a number of European museums.

I was in 3rd or 4th grade and had no problem with it or any of the art with topless women and other nudity.

TV shows in the past didn't have married couples in the same bed, today the beginning of prime time (8, 7 central time) has sex jokes and other stuff I think is inappropriate for elementary school kids, networks not wanting to wait until 9pm when those kids are in bed. And the Puritan Americans get upset with one of the world's most famous statues? This hard-core Christian Jihadist move by the United States needs to stop.

I laughed last night when I read that headline and agree completely. I don't think it is just the art experts but most sentient beings in Europe.

Not only in USA, those are everywhere and they can be offended by a painting of a topless woman but not by hardcore images or racist messages.

whats going through peoples minds here????? The Feds are trying to figure out if the emotionally challenged female who just shot up the school committed a HATE CRIME???? WTF, she's dead and what the fuck does it matter if it was a hate crime or a PayBack or her deranged mind just choosing the target???

A police spokesperson told ABC News that Hale was assigned female at birth, and pointed to a social media account linked to Hale that included use of the pronouns he/him.


This is just getting stupid. One of the news outlets wont say her, him, he-she or anything else about the persons "stuff". The US has turned into a bunch of pussies.

Even it's mother isn't sure what to call it.

when opening that page, my browser asked if I was 18+ years old because, there in the page, there is a porn picture! :p

seriously... here at italian TV, they talked about what happened to that teacher in Florida and we all italians are truly shocked by that!!! :eek:

so, we should start to think that, here in Italy, there are lots of churches which are plenty of porn stuff? :oops:

But, really, those who consider that piece of immortal art like something pornographic should feel ashamed by how they are ignorant morons...
And, while getting shocked by the David statue, they don't know their children are regularly visiting youporn! :toothy8:
