I know most of you are probably well beyond such stuff, but I'm seriously looking at a headphone amp kit from DIY audio. They caught my eye with their Nelsom Pass designed Amp Camp amp a few years ago but I'm happy with my Exposure. A headphone amp, however, would be handy. And the Starving Student tube amp sure looks interesting...

I don't know about a headphone amp but I was seriously looking at some solid state Pre kits. I'm not much for the tube stuff (been there tried that), but there is some cool shit out on the market.

I like the board and plans from Rod Elliott in Australia. He is a talented guy and puts together some nice DIY kits. I built a headphone amp from his Project 113 and used his Project 05A for the regulated power supply in the same enclosure. The result was a very nice headphone amplifier for not much money.
