Da Sleeper Tape Has Arrived...!

So I figured I wanted to check out tapes and taping again. I got a Nak CR-3A off of an elderly gentleman - couldn't resist because what I got out of the convo was that the deck was bought new, and from what the guy said barely used. Had to "de-goo" the capstan belt, so that was fun but dayum the deck other than the belt was/is in great condition.

Then these guys showed up and I just got em.. getting ready to put the iron to one now.. Serious sleeper formula.. gonna sound gOOd.

A nice deck to own, Jerry, Tougher to find cassette decks where you know the direct history or one from an original owner. I haven't tried recording on those RS tapes, but I imagine they are great..

I have one of those in my stock, got it from Robert/ke4mcl of Tapeheads a few years ago IIRC with several other Radio Shack Realistic tapes.
