If so, I don't know if this is a good price ($550 or best offer for a Phase Linear 400 and 4000 pre-amp), but it sure looks like a nice condition pair:

Just thought I'd let y'all know about it. I know nothing of the seller, just happened across it. Sadly, I am not in gear buying mode at the moment as I've been spending all my damn money on vinyl and a few tapes instead.

I think that's a very fair price, I think Lee will chime in soon. Are you comfortable going for a listen? As an ex St Louis boy, I think lower Elm Ave is near downtown? Nice area or still 'da hood'??
