Hey is the out put relay, the same as the speaker relay? I saw a video on you tube about cleaning the speaker relay with Deoxide. I was not able to get the speaker replay cover off. I will try to get the cover off again tomorrow.

Just got a Teac 3300-10 in great condition with reels and owners manuals off ebay. I just did the preventive maintenance on it, looks like it would be to work on, they really look cool with the 10 " reels on. I've wanted one since the 1970,s. I hope you get another someday.
