    For me, I have predominantly migrated to the -100 products. It's more economical and I usually have electrical cleaner, isopropyl and acetone lying around, so why pay for "pre-mix"? I wash, treat, and wash again after I've ground in all the loosened dirt. Dielectric grease (silicone grease)...

    You should avoid regular D stuff in carbon comp pots. Stick to the F100 / F5 there. In some cases the D100 takes the trace right off the pot. If you do manage to get it clean, silicone grease will keep it working well. Fader grease is rather pricey, and you should already own dielectric grease.
