Get some paste flux on the board, tin one leg of the chip, set it and flow the tinned leg. Then heat/flow the other legs one at a time. Clean and inspect under 10x loupe for any bridging, but with the flux it’s actually pretty easy. Hell, I can do it and I fix things with hammers.

That guarantees a fork lift will test the structural integrity of the packaging.

Printed sharpness is suspect as well. Usually, Ti stuff is sharply printed that I've worked with anyway. Same for BB chips (and salsa).
