This is when having the dual solder station with two different tips and heat settings along with the fume extraction makes my life easier

I like to solder both sides of the board. Doing this way holds them tight to the board the dip and resolder them. I also like to leave the bigger diodes and resistors a little off the board so heat will not get to the board so easily
