One step closer...
I have a spare one and the guy who did the applique for my Variac I restored said he could make the applique for the meters. Then I would have the aluminum plates made. But, as usual, there is no money in it. It would probably be $100 for the 2 plates, 2 applique's and a pair of the red filters and the 2 pieces of smoked glass. The rest of the items like the foam, rubber, and the nylon spacers can be pieced together at ace hardware.

That's not outrageous though....
Yeah, if you need to resto-mod a new wopl I'd pay it. I haven't seen much need for those yet, nor have I seen one that couldn't be cleaned. Since they were pretty well sealed and protected with 1/4" glass plates (Saw one of them cracked), they've been in pretty good shape mostly....

Couple more hours and she'll be ready for power

The new back planes are AWESOME!!! I'll post some thoughts on them. Joe really stepped up this time.

Yep, Joe's chassis make for a quick upgrade. Also saves me time and money since many that come in need paint and body work.

Check this out..... I cut up an old chassis and trimmed it, now I use it for getting the boards wired and shit and don't have to monkey around in tight spaces. Best thing I ever did.

Ronnie's amp showed up to him in perfect condition. Guess I'll go out and finish #3 700 series II. Can't find any 700B's to WOPL. I have a couple buyers waiting in the wings but nothing available.

Thanks Ronnie, it's been fun (AGAIN)!

Thanks Joe, we rely on you though to provide some very necessary items to be able to convert the junkyard dogs to AKC Show Winners....
