Hi Stuwee.... I've been around. Kid is 8yo now, Boy Scouts, baseball, traveling... and I bought an early watercooled 911 somewhere along the way to keep me busy. Also, I got into driving the Nurburgring on Assetto Corsa PC game. LOL! Still listening to tape, though! That will never change!

The last Tour De France I saw was at the Wang Theater in Boston... Oct 2015. ;)

For $125 I'm not expecting the best of Mac, not by a long shot. Been doing more research and this thing looks and sounds like a good deal. If I end up with a decent example of a mac-like receiver that makes good sound for that price, I think it's a must-buy. Good idea regarding speakers...

I may have an opportunity to pick up a recently serviced, clean and working Stereotech 1200 receiver for $125. Waiting to make plans with seller to view and potentially buy. Depending on how it sounds and looks when I see it in person, it may end up pushing the Tannoy monitors I use in the DJ...

Thanks for this list! Will be checking them out. I have even created a "Shpongle channel" on my Sony Smart TV which has free Pandora streaming (no commercials!). And if you like Shpongle, you've gotta give Banco De Gaia a listen. Very complimentary artists.
