    700 Series II Switches

    700 Series II Switches
I just scored some NOS Power Switches and Attenuator Switches and I have extra's. These have been a bitch to find and they were expensive. I'm offering them ready to mount (minus the resistors. Use your original ones or get the surface mounts, they will fit/look great). All you have to do is remove the 2 screws and slip this in place of the old switches on your bracket, connect the wires and PRESTO, good for another 30 years. The old switches WILL FAIL. Just a matter of time. And, as suggested, use both power connections on the power switch and once ganged, they will handle more power and I am including a fat juicy cap to gang with the power poles to eliminate the initial power surge. This setup will last much longer than the originals. REMEMBER, take a picture of your old setup so you know where the wires go. Piece of Cake.... I replace almost every switch (when I could find them) on all my Clair's (Ron, I have a new attenuator switch for you since yours is acting funky).

Buy a spare set, they are near impossible to find (at least for me).

    $28 free shipping

THIS OLD SHIT WILL FAIL.... I got a pile to prove it

I had the nations problems figured out one night while on blah blah blah........ huh?

Thank you Perry, if I can get up some extra cash, I would probably also take a spare (or ship you a cool record for an extra)

    They look sweet Perry

Hey, today I was feeling frolicksome and was playing the copy of Crystal Method - Vegas Lee sent me a long time ago and fed the D9s to the point that there was no perceptible difference in output with Sabbitha. I can't believe they took all that. My son Jake was sitting by me and we could feel the hairs on our arms moving. Stuff was falling of Makala's wall on the other side of the house. D9s did not bottom out or make any weird noises. Outside, you could really feel the low frequencies. These are unreal amps

I learned that from you guys too a while back.... my buddy here has a set of DS 9's, I MAY have to convince him they suck so I can talk him into giving them to me.. THAT wouldn't be very nice now would it.
Never heard of DS 9's, have to look them up. I paid $200 for the walnut veneer version of my D9s. They ended up needing a woofer refoam (cost me under $30 from Simply Speakers) and I had to replace one tweeter. Since that was done, smooth sailing all the way. I actually have 8A fastblo fuses in them now
