For Sale: Rotel RA-1210 Stereo Pre-Main Amp Amp

I am taking the opportunity to give Phoenix first dibs on this Integrated amp/pre-amp I have had for a long while. It's history is as follows. I am selling it as I have over the years limited myself down to strictly PL gear. I am the second owner and bought it from a guy through an add in the paper back in 1993. It got used by me for three years, until I went over to a PL 2000. I have just had it serviced at my local vintage repair shop, for a spec check. Cosmetically it is near mint. (minus some face plate scuffs on the bottom left. You have to be six inches away to see them). And They fixed the little blue light that was burned out. I believe this thing sold for around $500 in the 70's? But I am only asking $150. plus shipping. Due to it's pretty good condition, I felt it was reasonable. I checked it out on my speakers as a pre-amp, coupled with a PL400, and as a main. Everything sounds great. Otherwise, I will Craigs list it here. But before I have to deal with the scammers and spammers, I thought I'd let the community take a stab at it.

Hey now! I threw those peanuts in for free! So you got a sweet deal there! I'm just glad to be rid of half those damned things. Lol! Thanks for the thumbs up! It's a great preamp. Yeah; give it a few days and give me your full evaluation and thoughts on the thing? I'd love your feedback?

Keep an eye out phoenix. I'll have a PL 700B on the block shortly too........

If I remember right Rotel's sound isn't as bright as a lot of others. It sounds a sort of like a Yamaha. Am I correct?
